I bought the book '
Growing Chinese Vegetables in your own backyard' by Geri Harrington at the
Lehman's store in Ohio when I visited my dear sister last June. The book was on sale and I was surprised to see it sitting on the shelf. I grabbed it immediately before I let anyone else discover this gem and it is one of my favorite gardening books. Allah SWT willing husband will be helping me to plant a water garden with Water Lily and the information in this book will be most useful.
This morning the book '
The Ornamental Kitchen Garden' by Geoff Hamilton arrived from Amazon.com. After reading good reviews about it, I thought it may provide some useful information about planting fruits, flowers and vegetables in the same garden beds. All praise be to Allah SWT this book is exactly what I am looking for.
I am going to spend the rest of the day reading it and also show beautiful pictures of gardens in the book to daughter.
