A Good Management Tip

Yesterday I spoke with a teacher, Sr. Mazida from Malaysia, and got to know that she was a head of department at a big stock exchange company in Malaysia. She shared with me her management skills and how she was able to work well with 10 men who worked under her. I learnt that it is important to once in a while take your subordinate out for lunch to find out what is bothering them if they do not seem to be performing well at work. I believe that if you take good care of the people working for you, they'll go the extra mile for you. I'm so glad to get this wisdom from Sr. Mazida.
