The Stubborn Hen
One of the ladies will not take NO for an answer.
When she sees me in the backyard, she would crackle non-stop as if to share gossips from the chicken coop.
She has been 'pestering' me to let her run free in the backyard, even though she KNOWS that our neighbor's cat may drop by for a visit any time.
She has also been trying to sneak out of the chicken coop every time I open the door. This morning I had to use a bamboo cane to chase her back because she is just too fast for me to catch.
I guess I will have to learn to communicate better with this little stubborn hen to get my message through.
