Homemade Cambodian Style Sausage

Last weekend, husband made a batch of Cambodian Style Sausage.

Grilled sausages seasoned with lime juice and fish sauce for lunch.

Sausages hang to dry for three days.

The main ingredients for this sausage are ground beef, beef fat, cooked rice, minced garlic, salt and beef intestines.

Although I would love to eat it, I just couldn't bring myself to bear the smell of grilled sausage. All praise be to Allah SWT husband made more and keep them in the freezer for us to enjoy later.
