開心大發現 - 油炸靚雞脾 (Deep Fried Chicken Drumstick)



To fry chicken drumstick without coating with flour, brush a mixture of malt sugar (1 part), white vinegar (3 parts) and black vinegar (1/3 teaspoon) on the chicken drumstick. Then let them air dry for 4 hours. Now you can fry the chicken drumstick in hot oil without being attacked by splattering oil!
