Return of The Master
The 4th grade homeroom teacher came back from a week long trip to Washington D.C. for her eldest daughter's delivery of her first son. All praise be to Allah SWT, both mother and child are in good health. It was great to see the teacher and hear about her trip.
Last week when she was away, all the students and I planned a surprise party for her. Yesterday several students brought cake, donuts, chips and drinks for the mini party. One student even designed a 4 feet by 3 feet banner with the message 'Congratulations' for her. During lunchtime, she showed pictures of her sweet grandchild on her cellphone.
Now that the Master has returned, peace is restored.
