Homecooked Kelantan, Malaysia Food
Last night we had dinner at Sr. Anita's house with several other Malaysian families. I thought I forgot to bring my camera so I didn't take pictures of appetizers such as fried spring rolls, Malay pancakes and fried tofu stuffed with strips of carrots, cucumbers and jicama. Before I went home I realized that I brought the camera and managed to snap some photos. Kelantanese cuisine consists of meat served with fresh vegetable salad like cucumber, long beans, cilantro and bean sprouts.
I'll have to ask Sr. Anita to help me get some of that Budu Chili Anchovy Sauce because it really made the dinner tasted so good!
