開心大發現 - 炒米粉秘訣 (Stir Fried Bee Hoon)



1. Add dark soy sauce to a pot of hot water.
2. Cook dry bee hoon in hot water for 1 minute.
3. Drain bee hoon and keep in a covered glass container for 2-3 minutes.
4. Stir fry minced garlic, minced chicken meat, and shredded cabbage.
5. Add bee hoon. Mix well.
5. Add sesame oil and soy sauce for seasoning.
