BBQ Salmon and Salad

For four years I have been asking husband to get a portable grill so that we can have a BBQ at the park.

All praise be to Allah SWT last Saturday husband and I brought daughter to the River Legacy Park. Husband grilled salmon fillets in banana leaves on a portable grill and the fish tasted so good! We ate the fish with fresh salad from Whole Foods Market and enjoyed delicious root beer :)

Although it was really windy (20-30 miles per hour) we stayed at the park from 12 noon to 5pm. Daughter had a great time at the park and didn't want to go home.

Now that husband has a taste of being the Grill Master, he is hooked on going to the park for more BBQ!
