Singapore Drama: Good Morning, Teacher!

When I was in secondary school, the most popular tv drama in Singapore was 'Good Morning Teacher!'

This drama is about a teacher, freshly graduated from school, who went to a fishing village school to teach, and how she grew to love the people and the place there.

The theme song of the drama has a really catchy tune, and the lyrics are quite meaningful.

Since it is still relevant in this 21st century, I plan to sing the first theme song to students tomorrow.

Now that I am working at a school, I can identify with the emotions in the second theme song 'Goodbye, Teacher'. This year's batch of high school graduates used to help me in the library, and I will miss seeing them in school when they go to college next school year.
