Snow Day!

It snowed quite heavily on Dec 24th, and the snow did not melt until Dec 26th.

Husband and daughter built a snowman on the front yard, but I think it looked more like a mushroom... hmmm....


The chicken coop was covered entirely in snow, and the ladies were not very happy about it. Husband checked their water container to make sure no ice was formed. I gave them extra food ration to help them cope with the cold weather.

Since it is rare for Texas to get this type of snowfall, daughter and husband had fun getting into a snow fight in the backyard. I had fun watching the neighbors' kids fighting out on their front yard.
