開心大發現 - 好味麵疙瘩 (Homemade Soup Dumplings)

1. Add salt to all purpose flour.
2. Add water to the flour. Mix well.
3. Roll the dough into two portions.
4. Soak the dough in cold water for 20 minutes.
5. Tear the dough into bite size portions and drop them into boiling water.
6. Drain the floating dough and cook them in vegetable or beef broth for a short time.
7. Serve with chopped scallions.
