I just heard the actor, Robert Duvall, on NBC quoting a philosopher 'Don't be a farmer, be the man on a farm.'

Basically it means to be someone outside the profession.

I couldn't agree more. So.....

I am a woman who raises her children to be responsible and compassionate earthlings.

I am a thinker who advocates for libraries.

I am an educator who supports great teachers' endeavor to faciliate learning for students.

I am an earthling who wants to leave this world a better place for the future generations by buying less stuff, growing my own food and cutting down my carbon footprint.
