Chinese Steam Buns


This morning my dear sister and I made delicious Bao (Chinese steam buns) with crab meat, hard boiled eggs and minced spring onions for lunch. It took only 15 minutes to prep the buns, and 10 minutes to steam them in the wok (12 " Chinese skillet). Everyone enjoyed this yummy lunch and asked for more!
